This year, the HSC and equivalent examinations began on June 26 and were supposed to end on August 13. But after some subjects were postponed and the exams were re-scheduled, they ended on August 19. According to the rules, the results have to be published within 60 days from the end of the written examination.
This time, 12,51,111 students filled out the forms to participate in the HSC and equivalent examinations under 11 education boards. Of them, 6,18,150 were male students and 6,33,096 were female students. The examinations were held at 2,797 centers across the country.
