Bangladesh police has banned the Pubg game (Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds). The popular game can not be played from Bangladesh.
DMP’s Cyber Security and Crime Department says, The violent content of the game is having an adverse effect on students.
Along with Pubg lite, Call of Duty & Reddit Game have been closed. Bangladeshi server users can’t access this games currently.
Pubg game is played by multiple people online. In the game you have to survive by killing others on a deserted island. In the end, the person or group that survives is the winner.
Young people in Bangladesh are negatively addicted to playing this game. The suspicion of the closure of Pubg has been underway for the past few months.
In the first week of October, many gamers posted on Facebook that the game was having trouble playing in Bangladesh.
Bangladeshi police says, The game has been stopped from Bangladesh after receiving numerous complaints from parents of school and college and university.
The game is infusing violence among students. At the same time, they complain that the students are diverting their attention from studying.
Originally, talks on the closure of Pubg in Bangladesh began in April this year.
Many people compared this game with the murder of Muslims at a mosque in Christchurch, New Zealand, and that scene on Facebook Live.
Nepal’s court banned the pupg on April 13 this year. For the same reason, Gujarat was banned from playing this game in India. Even a few people were arrested for playing the game.
