The Brazilian government estimates that the population of this human group, which lives in the inaccessible deep forests of the country’s Acre state, is about 200.

Even if the Brazilian government doesn’t pay close attention to them, the small group is also keeping an eye on whether civilized people are victims of arbitrariness, including deforestation, mining, cattle ranching, fishing, illegal hunting.

They live in the Peruvian border-adjacent areas of the Amazon rainforest. The name of the tribe is ‘Uncontacted’. They live by hunting various animals in the forest. They have no idea of modern civilization or the realms beyond their locality in the Amazon jungle.

There are carnivorous trees

About 12 thousand species of plants have been discovered so far. It is believed that about 4,000 more rare species of plants can be found in the Amazon, known as the lung of the world.

There are carnivorous plants in the Amazon. Small animals like butterflies and grasshoppers get stuck in the glue of this tree. Then the leaves of the tree covered and started to swallow. In the Amazon, you will not only find terrifying animals and plants, but also eye-catching flowers and plants. One such plant is ‘Lobster Claw Flower’.

This flower can be from one and a half to 15 feet in length. Each leaf extends from 6 to 10 feet. In addition, there are more than 3 thousand species of orchids in the Amazon. There are rubber trees. The rubber trees of the Amazon jungle are as tall as 10-story buildings. Giant lotus flowers can be seen here. Victoria amazonica is another wonder of the Amazon. This lotus of about 3 diameters can be found only in the Amazon region.

Where is that golden city?

Amazon is about 3 thousand years old. The Amazon has been inaccessible since ancient times. Earlier explorers entered the Amazon in search of gold, silver and gems. People believe that endless resources are scattered in this mysterious forest.

As the Portuguese explorers believed, hidden in this vast jungle is a secret city named ‘Eldorado’. It is believed that the entire city is covered in gold. Explorers are still looking for that golden city. However, there are many myths about it.

The idea of the city of gold actually comes from Greek mythology. The story tells of a special class of women warriors guarding the golden city called ‘Eldorado’.
